Worship

The Portico worship bands share the common goal of bringing glory to God through excellence in worship. The band consists of talented musicians, songwriters, and audio-visual specialists who rehearse weekly and lead worship during Sunday services at both our Charlottesville Campuses. In addition, the Portico bands often performs for other church functions and for outreach events.

We strive to create an environment where people are free to worship openly and without distraction. As a people, we were designed for worship. Worship is much more than music; it’s a way of life. We receive joy when we focus our lives on worshiping Him.
